Cooking Time – 60 Mintues.
Whole Chiken (1000 grm.),
Salt to taste
Lime Juice 2 tsp.
Chilly Pwd. 1 tsp.
Wash the Whole chicken I discard the skin and dry completely with kitchen towel, make gashes with knife and the apply Salt, lime juice and Chilly pwd. and keep for 25 mintues.
Coriander leave ¼ cup
Green Chilly 1 or 2 ( I use one coz of kids & not eating too much Spicy).
Onion 1 medium.
Hung Curd 4 tbs.
Cashew nuts paste 3 tbs.
Cumin pwd. 1 tbs.
Gralic 3 piece.
Ginger paste 1 tbs.
Salt to taste
Grind the above marinate ingredients and rub to chicken nicely inside and outside and in the bowl put 3 tbsp. fried onion and 1 tbs spoon dry oregano. I kept over night / or can keep for 4 to 5 hrs.
Take a pot and put 4 tbs spoon olive oil and cook for 20 minutes put on the fire, preheat the oven to 180 C and bake for 40 minutes more in the middle I apply olive oil or any oil you can use.
- All together I cook for 60 minutes and if your’ll bake directly in oven without using pot has to bake for 60 minutes.
- Check the Chicken is cook insert a small knife to the bone and juices run clear, it is cook. If it is still pink, let it cook for little longer.
