8 piece chicken drumsticks/breast / Whole Chicken
100 ml milk / butter milk.
50 gm all purpose flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp onion, dried and powdered
1 tsp basil/tulsi leaves, dried and powdered
1 tsp oregano / dried and powdered
1 tsp garlic pwd.
1 tsp ginger pwd.
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Wash and clean chicken. Drain water well from chicken.
Add milk in a bowl, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, salt to chicken and mix well. Marinate it for at least 8 hours / overnight.
Take a bowl, put all-purpose flour, white pepper, oregano, garlic, ginger, basil or tulsi leaves, remaining chilli powder and salt, put one by one piece ( it should be dry as I shown in pic.)
Heat oil in a thick bottom kadai and deep fry the chicken in a slow fire till it is cooked.
For Non Spicy omit the chilly pwd.
