Garbanzo beans – 1.5 cup cooked
Red onion – 1/2 cup, thinly sliced.
Tomato – 1/2 cup chopped
Green bell pepper – 1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar – 1 Tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp.
Garlic – 2 tbsp minced
Freshly Parsley /Corriander – 2 tbsp.
Salt & pepper – to taste.
Combine all da ingredients in anlarge bowl, let marinate at room temperature for 1 hrs. Then refrigerate.
