Melting moment well prepare dis amazing mango and coconut ladoos using mango pulp, coconut with flavored of cardamom. They were really good with subtle of mango flavor with coconut which was wonderfully bright and refreshing taste experience. These delicious ladoos & jiffy to prepare.

2 Cup Fresh Shredded Coconut fresh/dry
1/2 Cup Mango pulp
4 tbsp Sugar (according to taste)
A pinch of Cardamom powder
1 tbsp. Ghee
1/3 Cup Almond or any dry fruits ( crushed)
2 tbsp Water
Take a deep pot add mix sugar with water and make simple sugar syrup.
When syrup becomes think add fresh shredded coconut, ghee and saute for second then add crushed almond and cook for 10-15 mins.
Then add mango pulp and saute well and let it cook for another 5 mins. when the mixture leave the pot switch off the flame, let is cool for a while.
Then make small rounds ball or any shape according to the desire let it cool completely Then store in air tighter box.
