Baked Potato Wedges with Italian Herbs


This humble collection of ma friend Garima Sarolia Narera thanks a ton to her and it was superhit in ma home & kidos favorite too.


Ingredient’s :

Potatoes, sliced- 5-6
Olive oil-2 Tbsp
Oregano /  with Mixed dried Italian herbs

Method :

Wash the potatoes and slice them. Parboil for 5  minutes.


Drizzle with olive oil and salt and mix well.

Spread on a baking tray


Bake at 200C till browned and crisp. It took me about 15 minutes. I flipped them midway.


Sprinkle the herbs and pepper. Enjoy!
