Cabbage medium size – half
Onion medium – 3 nos
Tomato – 2 nos
Green chilly – 1 nos. ( adjust as ler ur taste)
Coriander leaves few
Black pepper pwd. – 1/2 tsp.
Roasted cumin pwd. – 1/2 tsp.
Salt – as per taste.
Wash all vegetables, chopped and pressure cooker it with one cup of water ( I kept it for 2 whistle) don’t discard da stock.
Cool and grind it partially ( no need to filter, as fiber is not much), add 3 cup of water ( i add vegi stock 1 cup) add salt, pepper, mix well and bring to boil.
Soup is ready and serve it hot with bread toast.
