2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 ½ tablespoon cranberry
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cup coconut milk
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the strawberries in a food processor and process to a smooth puree.
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, vanilla & whisk with an electric mixer until creamy and thick, about 5 minutes.
Slowly pour in the strawberry puree and continue whisking for 1-2 minutes until well combined add cranberry.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze until set (about 6-8 hours). I kept overnight.
