◇ Spaghetti with Mince / Kheema ◇

Spaghetti is one of ma kids favorite food all da time and i am also happy to cook for them coz it consume less time i also make with vege. also but dis time i make with Mince / Kheema.

I also love to watch them when they have they way pull into da mouth it’s a real fun for me & what a mama need when their kids love to have.

I alwys love to try smthing new for them ma daughter danica is more foodie and and i m also passionate to cook so both ma Master guide me coz i always use less salt coz once ma daughter  sspecialist say too much salt no gud to kids and elder as well.

When ma sonshine start eating da  food & taste he say mama u r da best, raise da thumb  & never forget to hug & kiss me well I m so blessed to have a such wonderful kids and thankful to Jesus for both ma Angels ” Danica & Dylan” Touchwood and Jesus bless & Guide them alwys.

Spaghetti creation is noted below :

Ingredient :

200 gm dried spaghetti

salt (according to your taste)

Olive oil.

Method :

Put the spaghetti in a pot and add water along with salt.

Check the spaghetti is done then drain cooked spaghetti and toss with Olive oil

Keep a side.

Ingredients:

Mutton Mince – 125 gms, washed, drained

Ghee – 3 tblsp

Cloves – 2 to 3

Cinnamon – 1/2 inch stick

Black Peppercorns – 2 to 3

Onions – 1/2 cup, chopped

Tomatoes – 1/2 cup, chopped

Ginger  Garlic Paste – 1/2 tblsp

Red Chilli Paste – 1/3 tsp or as per taste

Garam Masala Powder – 1/3 tsp

Tomatoes paste 1/3 tsp.

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan add cloves, cinnamon, peppercorns sauté for a while then add onions and sauté till onions (pinch of salt- turn brown fst. I alwys do) turn brown , add ginger-garlic paste sauté for while till it aroma goes then add tomatoes, red chilli paste, turmeric powder and salt.

Cook for a minute or two, Now add the minced mutton and fry well, Pour 1/4 cup of water cook to 10 minutes.

Open the lid and place the pan over moderate flame add garam masala powder & tomatoes paste and cook till the keema is dry.

If you want a little gravy, remove before all water evaporates.

Then toss the Kheema with Spaghetti and garnish with coriander & i also love to have with Chilly and Garlic Sauce.
