Tomato and Mint Pulao


This is another unique rice combo I tried it for the first time and believe me it turn aws. Tangy and spics flavor and it really made a prefect mix match combo.

I was more excited that ma angels & hubby loved & enjoy every grain,  ma sonshine hug and kisses feel like top of the world just love & enjoy to cook just coz of ma family. what a mother need more then dis.

So ma mix match combo creation noted below :



1 cup basmati rice

½ bunch Mint leave

2 medium tomatoes

2 green chillies

2 medium onion (chopped very fine)

1 tbsp Crushed ginger (In mortar)

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon coriander powder

4 tbsp. oil

Salt / (2 small cube )


First Wash & Soak basmati rice in water for 15 minutes.

Grind mint, green chilly and tomatoes together and keep aside

Take a pan add oil let it heat, then add onion sauté till it is translucent. add crush ginger saute for a while.

Then add the grind paste (tomato, chilly & Mint) sauté for while, then add garam masala, coriander pwd., and salt / Maggie (according to your taste).

Now add water to the rice close the lid of the pot let it cook for 10 minutes.

Serve it with Chicken / meat or Vegge.

Note : 

Can use green chilly and garam masala according to your taste i use less coz we dont have much spicy so cook according to ma family.
