Chicken franks (sausage) curry is one of the happy meal to ma kids, this is a jiffy & yummiest too. I also prepare with maccoroni salad, mixed vege or chips. Almost all the ingredients used in this dish are easily available @ home and of course we can have this dish along with any meal.

For Cooking with :
Heat on high for 35 seconds for frank
Place franks in boiling water for 5 minutes
Pre-heat grill to medium heat (350° F)
Place the frank on the grill
Turn once after 6 minutes
Heat for another additional 6 minutes
Chicken Franks Sausage 1 Packet
Onion medium 2 Nos
Ginger 1/2 inch (chopped fine)
Garlic 3 pod (chopped fine)
Green Chilly 1 (cut into length wise)
Tomato 1 No
Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala Pwd. 1 tsp.
Tomato puree 1 tbsp.
Cumin Powder 1/4 Tsp
Fresh coriander Leaves / Green Chilly (for Garnish)
Salt ( according to your taste)
Oil 2 Tblsp
Water 1/4 Cup
Wash the sausage thoroughly and cut in round shape or according to your desire shape of equal length.
Finely chop the onions, tomato & green chillies
Heat a wok, add oil let it heat medium add onion saute till it they turn golden then add chopped ginger & garlic sauté for while then add tomato saute till it is mash.
Then add garam masala, turmeric pwd. Coriander pwd. Cumin pwd. Sauté for while then add the chopped sausage into the mixture.
Stir well until the masala get mixed well with the sausages.
Sprinkle little water and close the lid and allow it to cook.
If you need dry wish, then do not add more water, if you require gravy then add 1/4 cup water to the dish.
Add tomato puree and allow it to cook for 10 minutes, then add chopped green chilly , close the flame.
Garnish with chopped coriander & serve with chapatti, naan or white rice.
