This Green Gravy is very rich and taste terrific and i also try for the first time with coriander and coconut combo and it was superhit with ma kids and was really very excited that they like it. with prawns pulao it was aws. and rich with both coconut pulao and prawns gravy.

Prawns also contain protein and vitamin D which is important for our teeth and bones.
Raw prawns 500 grm. (clean and apply salt keep a side)
Onion medium 1 (Cut into small)
Tomato medium (Cut into small)
Green chillies 3
Turmeric ½ tsp pwd.
Zest of 2 limes
100ml coconut milk
Soft brown sugar ½ tbs.
Salt to taste.
To Grind :
Garlic 3 cloves
Fresh ginger 2.5cm piece
Cumin ½ tsp.
Cloves 4 piece.
Handful of fresh coriander.
For ground into paste fresh coriander, garlic, ginger and cumin, & cloves.
Take a pan add oil let it heat to medium then add onion sauté till it turn to golden brown, add tomato sauté till it is mash then add the prawns, lime zest and sauté for 3 minutes then add the ground paste and turmeric pwd.
Add some water according to your consistency. Simmer for 15 minutes until thick. Then add coconut milk and brown sugar cook for another 5 minutes, and put off the flame.
Garnish with fresh green chilly or coriander.
Serve with Rice or Pulao.
