This is a jiffy recipe and kids just enjoyed & ♡ dis with crunchy and terrific combo it turned out to be a good idea. It’s a crunchy dip, and a bit spicy too.
This goes well for any occasion for bithday party etc. I Especially ♡ brightly colored. It comes together in 10 to 15 minutes and was delicious with Lettuces.
Prepare da mix with all veggie, tuna, lemon juice, pepper & mayo drop a tbsp. on lettuces fold it a hve a crunchy treat with terrific combo.
It is a rich source of vitamin K. Vitamin K has a potential role in the bone metabolism where it thought to increase bone mass by promoting osteotrophic activity inside the bone cells. It also has established role in Alzheimer’s disease patients by limiting neuronal damage in the brain.
So ma terrific mix is listed below 🙂
Tuna Fish tin 1
Radish red 1 medium (chopped fine)
Carrot 1 small (chopped fine)
Spring onion 1 (chopped fine)
Chilly green 2 (chopped fine)
Fresh coriander 1 tbsp.
Mayonnaise with lemon 4 tbsp
Onion 1 medium (chopped fine)
Lemon juice 1 tsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Chilly flakes 1 tbsp.
Wash da lettuce leave and dry the kitchen towel and cut inot 2 piece or according to ur choice & keep a side.
Take a bowl and combine tuna fish and mash with fork then add mayo mix well.
Then add all veggie, black pepper & chilly flakes.
Take a serving tray keep the lettuces leave and pour or drop 1 tbsp. of terrific mix.
- If you want can discard green chilly.
- If you dont has moyo with lemon no
worries just ad a lemon zest.
