Mutton gravy this time I just prepare a simple gravy & bit lazy as kids exam preparation and tiring whole day @ office too.
These was lunch for next day, but believe me it just turn aws.with amazing aroma and taste as well wanted to wind up fast. So just mix match some ingredients.
Well ma kids & hubby just ♡ dis simple gravy had with plain boiled rice. It was amazing combo.
Ma simple mutton gravy ingredients noted below :
Mutton — 500 grm.
Onions- 3 medium(chooped lengthwise)
Coriander — 1 tbsp.
Cumin Pwd. — 1 tsp.
Turmeric Pwd. — 1 tbsp.
Red chilies Pwd. 1 tbsp.
Vinegar — 2 tbsp.
Garam Masala pwd. — 1 tbsp.
Ginger /Garlic paste — 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Cut the mutton into medium pieces wash apply salt add all the above ingredients coriander pwd. Cumin pwd., garlic /ginger paste, vinegar, red chilly, garam masala, turmeric pwd., keep a side for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take a wok let it heat to medium then add oil onion and saute till it turn to translucent.
Then add the mutton add salt & let it cook on slow flame the longer it cook the more flavor & let it cook till the meat gets tender and oil separates.
Then check the salt if need add according to the taste close the flame and let it cool.
Take it into bowl garnish with green chilly / fresh coriander.
Serve with Rice Plain or Paulo
