Bake chicken is a soul food for ma kids we @ home to have the chicken more in baking or grill here is another new recipe and ma own experimental frm. ma kitchen and mix match with fresh friend with veggie, i just love this with sweet and sour with bit or spicy.
well this was ma experiment and innovation frm. ma kitchen if u love do try and give me da feedback.
- Chicken – 2 whole
- Carrot – 2 full (chopped into long strip)
- Apple – 1 (Green/Red- apple – chopped into round)
- Lime – 1 (chopped into round)
- Spring Onion – 4 piece
- Tandoori / Garam Masala – 4 tbsp.
- Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Onion – 2 (Chopped into 4 piece)
- Garlic cloves – 6 pieces
- Apple Juice – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Take a bowl add tandoori / garam masala add brown sugar a keep a side.
Take the whole chickens and wash and dry with kitchen towel then apple salt take 1 tbsp. of butter and tag inside the skin.
Then take the tandoori masala and add the whole chicken and inside the cavity portion and the chopped 2 piece of onion and garlic cloves and put inside the cavity of chicken. Keep for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pre-heat da oven to 150 to 175 degrees.
Now take the baking tray add the whole chicken place the chopped round pieces of apple and lime, carrot and spring onion, olive oil and apple juice and bake at the middle check the chicken and prick the knife and check the juice coming clean the chicken is done if it is red juice then has to bake for a while all together baking is 60 minutes.
