Coleslaw Snacks


Coleslaw spread / salad is served in many restaurants & one famous restaurant is KFC ma all time favorite, whenever I go to KFC I never miss to have dis beauty it is sweet and tangy taste and enjoy every bit of crunch, this coleslaw is made with veggie and mayonnaise but when I saw to ma friend  “Madhuri Aggarwal” from blogger @ madaboutkitchen I was zap to see and was healthy too so couldn’t stop ma self to try dis beauty and when I try I just fell in love @ first sight and first taste as well & more excited ma kids as well love dis terrific beauty.

Well friends this was ma experience and listed me ingredients below :

Hung curd  – 1 ½  cup

Cabbage  – ½ cup  (Finely chopped )

Cabbage –  ½ cup   (Purple color finely chopped)

Carrot – 1/4 cup – Grated carrot

Sugar – 1 tsp

Black pepper – 1 tsp (crush)

Salt to taste

Method :

Take a muslin cloth add curd  &  hang it for around 25 to 30 minutes, so that almost all the water is drained out. At the end of 25 to 30 minutes, gently press the cloth from outside so that the residual water is also gone.


Take a bowl add  hung curd, veggie, salt & pepper mix well , keep in a refrigerate for half an hour.


Take a bread (Brown / White) cut the edges add the coleslaw crunchy spread and enjoy the every bite.
