Mint Hummus Snacks

Hummus is nothing but a smooth thick mixture of mashed chickpeas, tahini, oil, lemon juice, and garlic, used especially as a dip for pita.

Well dis is amazing and healthy too & summer just started and had some mint so just thought of making some terrific combo & snacks with pita bread & garnish with some fresh purple cabbage for a crunchy & believe me it was aws. and can package for kids lunch box and kids holiday and new semester starting so dis is prefect & sure kids will not say “NO”.

Health Benefits :

Hummus is high in iron and vitamin C and also has significant amounts of folate and vitamin B6. The chickpeas are a good source of protein and dietary fiber, the tahini consists mostly of sesame seeds, which are an excellent source of the amino acid, the proteins in the chickpeas, prefect for kids & elder.
